I think Jordi makes an important point.<br>
<br>
I suggest the nomination process should request specific details of the candidates? PDP involvement (as author, contributor etc) in terms of duration and contribution (where possible in respect of specific policy discussions) to:<br>
<br>
make it clear to candidates that PDP experience is required;<br>
allow the community to properly evaluate candidates;<br>
avoid eager new participants aiming for a leadership position before they have been involved in the PDP.<br>
