<div dir="auto">Hello all, </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Personally, I disagree with the decision of the board to pass this policy because it subjects resource members to the monitoring of AFRINIC. The Policy Compliance Dashboard, although it is just for "policy compliance", this is still surveillance by AFRINIC. This is a direct invasion of privacy that disregards the confidentiality of businesses between resource members and AFRINIC. If AFRINIC is adamant in promoting openness and transparency, there are more ways than one to promote such, without monitoring the resource members. During the open microphone discussion of the proposal, the PDWG expressed support of the intention of the policy, while also mentioning that policy should not be used to micromanage work done by staff and cautioning against the scope creep of the PDP.</span></p>
