Exactly, that's my view as well.
People seem to not understand what they want to discuss. Or
perhaps they just are not willing to be submitted to any kind of
rules anymore.

There scarce resources being assigned under rules agreed by this
forum and people keep believing that once that is done the RIR
cannot do anything else and they may use those resources in the
way they wish without having to explain anything to anyone.
And once they feel any possibility to be questioned for their
actions they try to confuse that like if the RIR was going into
questions that are not of their business, but the reality is that
THEY ARE !
If resources are used out of the current rules it is the RIR duty
to supervise and if necessary revoke such resources. How hard is
to understand this business and how all this works ?

If one want transfer resources *under the rules* he must render
accounts to the body who assign and revoke those resources and
give all necessary information that is required under those rules.

At the end it is always important to remember: those are not your
resources and will never be. They are assigned to you for your and
your customers usage while they remain needed and justified.

Best regards
I am against this policy because I feel there is
too much power still given to AFRINIC in the
transferral of resources. My concern is that
AFRINIC may have the tendency to ignore the

Clause 3.6 suggests in the end everything must
come to AFRINIC's approval when they do not have
