Why don't you write the same letter to LACNIC and APCNIC ?

So I understand there is a defense on the "right" of organizations
to use IP addresses that are not or no longer allocated to them so
why this fight against AS0 ROAs ?
If the RIR revoked ANY resources then those resources have already
gone under a very specific and detailed revocation process and they
must not be used by anyone. It is not that the RIR will simply issue
AS0 ROA at will at any point of the revocation process.

What seems to happen in AfriNic is that there is a fair amount of
AfriNic assigned resources which are used totally out of the
African continent against several rules in place in that RIR and
some people seems to keep trying to defend this "right" maybe due
to specific business reasons. It is not true that community has
manifested consensus regarding there is no regional restrictions
for the IP address usage out of the region. This is false.

Justification has always been the basis for IP assignment by RIRs
to LIRs. If a LIR holds an amount of addresses which it doesn't
use to build any internet infrastructure and bring connectivity to
people and organizations what is the point to allow that
organization to keep holding those resources and create a "real
state of IP addresses" ? If those resources are not justified
anymore they must either be transferred using the policies in
place or returned back to the RIR pool to be assigned to other
organization which will be able to justify.

I hope AfriNic stand strong in this fight against missusage of IP
address space and revoke all that doesn't hold a proper
justification anymore, so other organizations who are really
committed to use those resources to build internet can use them.
