<p>May I ask if this this subject has been discussed with either the
PDWG Chairs or in the PDWG prior the submit of this appeal ?<br>
Secton 3.5 of CPM says the matter shall be discussed with either
ones and if it cannot be resolved then a appeal can be filed.<br>
