You and I know fully well that we asked the Liasion Team to act as Chair and they did a terrible job because they only took orders from Noah. Now you are going back on that decision should I check the archives? In any case you are contradicting yourself. For the sake of argument let us assume that the decision was that of the WG. The same working group is now saying they do not agree as they never took the decision, then it is never binding. Is the WG that of Fernando and Noah?. Please allow the commitee to do thier job and stop this usual attitude of yours. Hello

I think the Appeal is well written, however the appeal is directed
against the Policy Liaison Team and the Board the CPM Section 3.5 only
predicts appeals against the Co-Chais decisions. From CPM: "/A person
who disagrees with the *actions taken by the Chair(s)* shall discuss the
matter with the PDWG Chair(s) or with the PDWG/"
I also don't see that the consensus was taken neither by the Policy
Liaison Team or the Board of Directors, but by the PDWG itself in the
lack of both Co-Chairs.

Therefore I believe this Appeal is not applicable.
