Dear Policy Liaison Team (PLT),

I trust this finds you well.

Following our meeting as PDWG Co-chairs this evening, we request
for the support of the PLT as follows:

* That the PLT puts together for us a summary of the discussions
on the current DPPs. The summary of the discussions should
include the following information, and any other information
that you may deem necessary:

- The submission date of the first and each subsequent draft(s)
of the DPP.
- The number of draft versions of the DPP.
- The number of comments on the DPP (this should translate to
the number of emails/comments on the DPP and will help us gauge
the level of interest in the DPP).
- The number of objections/concerns raised regarding the DPP.
- Whether and how the objections/concerns have been addressed by
the authors and/or the PDWG
- Any unresolved and/or unaddressed objections/concerns.

Timelines: We request whether this can be done before
Monday 26th April 2021.

* That even as we await the outcome/report of the Appeals
Committee (AC), that the PLT prepares (or recreates) the report
of the two (2) DPPs that are currently under appeal but were
said to have achieved rough consensus. The report should be
based on the discussions in the RPD mailing list prior to the
last PPM, the deliberations during the last PPM, and and
discussions/comments during the Last Call period. This will help
us progress the matter once the appeal is settled.
Monday 3rd May 2021.
