    <p>I personally emailed Vincent and Darwin about this question
      regarding the term each would serve. I suggested to Vincent he
      should serve for two years and he agreed and likewise I suggested
      to Darwin he should serve one year and he agreed. As far as I can
      determine, no one has been against these suggested terms whilst a
      number of people have echoed the same terms discussed here.<br>

    <p>I'm also happy that the two individuals speak for themselves -
      that they are able to serve these terms.<br>
