<p>Secondly - Prospective Co-Chairs should only be considered if the
are already subscribers to the RPD mailing list. That is - don't
bother proposing anyone who has no history of being on the Mailing
List.<br>

<p>Regarding time frames - the issue of finding new Co-Chairs has
been aired for some months now - so I don't see how anyone can say
"We didn't have enough time". <br>

practise. Even a normal prospective employer often sets a
minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience for an employee seeking

participation rather than a newbie who just participated for a
