I’m fine if for work or personal reasons they move outside the region afterwards if they keep doing the job (they will not be able to be candidates again in the next tenure, unless they are back residing in the region). Chairs decide, even if is not stated in the PDP, if a proposal is accepted or not, so constituting a violation of the PDP.
