<div dir="ltr">Although I understand that we need some elements to evaluate candidates, by reading the Eligibility Criteria I have the feeling that we are restricting access to a limited number of people. They go against the principle of openness and inclusiveness.
Not to mention that the eligibility criteria are already specified in the CPM.

<div>Specifically, I have some concerns about the following points:</div>
<div>Point C: I am not saying that active participation is not important but, I don't see it as a mandatory criterion. Everyone interested in running should be potentially eligible for the position.</div>

<div>Point D: it does not make any sense at all to me. Why shall we consider it a requirement? According to the other points, co-chairs are supposed to have a solid knowledge of the CPM, as well as technical knowledge. Therefore, point D is useless.
</div>
With this approach, we would preclude the access to co-chair position to valuable people that, for several reasons, could not get access to the events.<br>
