Dear PDWG Members,<br>
We want to acknowledge the proposal on Co-Chair Recall process and the call<br>
for us to invoke section 3.6 of the CPM given the lack of clarity of the<br>
current section on the recall process.<br>
We note that a few have accused of not taking over similar discussions in<br>
the past and regarded it as gross misconduct.<br>
We hope the Community would, in the next few days give us a clear<br>
direction as to which way to go. We hope to feed the Community back on our<br>
decisions by Saturday 5th December 2020.<br>
We thank you for your understanding, cooperation and the continued trust in<br>
us.<br>

So, let me understand it clearly: you Co-Chairs are even considering to <br>
fast-track that proposal that benefit yourselves directly invoking <br>
sections 3.6 of the CPM because a few people suggested that ? And do you <br>
hope that by fast-tracking it would change the course of the ongoing <br>
Recall already in the hands of the Board of Directors ?<br>

There is only one scenario to invoke section 3.6 of the CPM and that is <br>
urgency and here it comes the obvious question: What is the urgency ?<br>
<br>
If you answer saying that you do not wish to fast-track it in order to <br>
benefit yourselves directly in the ongoing Recall then what is the <br>
urgency that cannot be discussed in a normal time as any other proposal ?<br>
<br>
How many Recall requests have we had historically and what are the new <br>
facts that could suggest many new Recall requests could come soon that <br>
could not wait for a proposal be discussed in a normal time ?<br>
