<p>I guess emotions with dissipate with time, but ... Perhaps we
also need to look at the support (Background work, Man-hours,
precedence check etc) the co-chairs are getting from the Staff
Policy Liaison. For roles like PDWG and Board, a strong
staff/legal support is vital, if one must succeed.</p>
