The clause which I am referring to is 3.3. 2.14. My apologies if my<br>
argument lacked clarity. I am very concerned over the fact that the<br>
Board should nominate a temporary chair, in the case where a candidate<br>
could not have been ratified. I wish further information would be<br>
provided in regard to a potential electronic vote for such<br>
ratification.<br>
