<p>I support this proposal and believe it's well written and needed
for AfriNic PDP guaranteeing a clear and very transparent election
model, leaving very little space for disputes and that the
community's choice will be ensured.<br>
Also the proposal resolves situations which currently are
difficult to be resolved today and implements the possibility of
the Afrinic Board to appoint an ad-hoc Chair to fill a vacant
position until the following PPM if needed.<br>

<p>However I suggest the authors to remove the "gender" restriction
on 3.3.1.3 as this is unnecessary. People should be chosen by the
capacity to serve as Co-Chair and understanding of the PDP Process
and not if they are man or woman. If we have 2 good female
candidates that may be able to serve better than a man or
vice-versa this must the be the more important point regardless of
their gender. Keeping the restriction for 2 people form the same
country or organization is fine in order to avoid conflict of
interest.</p>
<p>I invite colleague to review and support it in order to resolve a
problematic situation we have today in regards this topic.</p>
