What you are proposing is out of the PDP.<br>
There must be a meeting (even online) and at least a show of hands even <br>
in other extend their term if that's what majority wishes.<br>

Dear all,<br>

Stable internet connectivity, and power supply is is an issue in some<br>
parts of Africa (if not all).<br>
<br>
Consequently, I seek to discourage the the plans of conducting the<br>
Co-chairs election online to avoid regrets that may stem from spamming,<br>
hacking and unacceptability of the results by the loosing party that may<br>
arise due to lack of confidence in the unusual voting system.<br>
<br>
Nonetheless, I will suggest that the incumbent Co-chairs remain in office<br>
till we are able to converge face to face for a meeting such that a<br>
trustworthy election can be safely conducted.<br>

d'administration d'afrinic ou m?me des politiques adopter et d?j? en<br>

communaut? me prouve comment les r?gles qui nous r?gissent tranche sur<br>
comment contourner le cas exceptionnel qui est cr?er par le covid19 , qui<br>
nous nous mettent tous dans le cas de force majeure.<br>
Je pense que, nous avons ceux qui soutiennent des propositions sans<br>
soubassements l?gal et ils doivent ?viter d'induire la communaut? en erreur<br>
ou se parcequ'ils veulent qu'on adopte leur proposition des politiques d?j?<br>
rejet? en Angola ?<br>
Je continue a insist? sur ma proposition : pas d'?lections en ligne puisque<br>
sur le plan l?gal nul part nos principes et normes d'afrinic n'autorise pas<br>
l'?lection en ligne. Du co?t Le copr?sident reste en fonction jusqu'?<br>
l'installation des copr?sident ?lue ? l'issu d'une r?union physique a<br>
Kinshasa d?j? ce soir son excellence Monsieur le Pr?sident de la RDC l?ve<br>
l'?tat d'urgence sur toute l'?tendue du pays.<br>
Pour la r?union, doit rester en RDC et doit ?tre physique. l'Afrique n'a<br>
plus besoin de copie et coller, nous avons besoin des innovations qui sont<br>
