A toute la communaut?,<br>
par ce mail nos propositions relatives ? la tenue de la r?union de<br>
politique publique ayant pour l'ordre du jour: le mandat du co-chair de<br>
PDWG et la tenue du 14 au 18 septembre de l'AIS-2020 ? Kinshasa en RDC.<br>
Aujourd'hui nous exp?rimentons un cas de force majeur non prevu par le<br>
statut AFRINIC, qui est le COVID-19, ce qui rend automatiquement impossible<br>
la tenue d'un sommet ou de la r?union en ligne.<br>
Malgr? les potentialit?s que regorge la RDC, la connectivit? Internet<br>
posera un grand probl?me et je pense que la logistique d'afrinic risque<br>
m?me de ne pas ma?triser. Afrininc a pour objectifs de promouvoir<br>
l'utilisation ou la consommation maximale de l'internet en Afrique et la<br>
RDC ?tant un des grands consommateur avec plus de 80 millions de la<br>
population avec une consommation exponentielle d'ici 5 ans, nous demandons<br>
? tout les membres de soutenir une r?union physique afin que nous d?b?tions<br>
sur les diff?rentes politiques sans aucune barri?re.<br>
a la communaut? afrininc, la population congolaise compte trop sur vous et<br>
espere bien vous recevoir d'ici peut et elle est pr?te ? doubler la<br>
consommation de la connectivit? internet et hausse le ton en demandons au<br>
conseil d'administration de r?pondre favorablement ? l'organisation d'un<br>
sommet physique (AIS-20) ? kinshasa, car nous constatons tous que le statut<br>
est bien claire et net quand il s'agit d'une situation non pr?vue par ce<br>
dernier.<br>
nous devons voir positivement l'impact de l'organisation physique de ce<br>
sommet qui pourra ? tout prix ouvrir les opportunit?s en AFRIQUE et aussi<br>
en RDC au b?n?fice d'afrinic et r?soudre certains probl?mes relatif ? la<br>
consommation d'internet.<br>
Jusqu'a nouvel ordre, je suggere que le co-chaire reste jusqu'aux elections.<br>
