Hi Owen,

Yes indeed this is an opportunity to adopt something good and trendy.
But...

@Jordi

I have no shred of doubt in my mind that we can do it. We as Africans are
accustomed to bad electoral processes, thus if demanding a good and
dependable solution is being pessimistic, then it must be an African
tradition.

On face value we all agree that there are adequate, cost effective, and
simple solutions and technologies to run an online election process. A
reality check is, in this clime, even the United States of America, which
is a country with one of the most complete resident profile and
documentation are still exhibiting cold feet about a full-fledged online
electoral system. Why? Because of voter confidence is such a system.
Yes an election like AfriNIC community's is a little one, but it is not a
isolated case. The community's confidence in a none full proof system will
be brought into question if implemented in short notice. That is my concern.

Salut Kangamutima!

efficace. Je ne vois pas ce qui ne va pas avec ?a. Pouvez-vous me dire quel
calendrier avons-nous pour cette livraison?

Kind regards,

Ant'
