<div dir="ltr">A toute la communauté,<div>par ce mail nos propositions relatives à la tenue de la réunion de politique publique ayant pour l'ordre du jour: le mandat du co-chair de PDWG et la tenue du 14 au 18 septembre de l'AIS-2020 à Kinshasa en RDC.</div><div>Aujourd'hui nous expérimentons un cas de force majeur non prevu par le statut AFRINIC, qui est le COVID-19, ce qui rend automatiquement impossible la tenue d'un sommet ou de la réunion en ligne.</div><div>Malgré les potentialités que regorge la RDC, la connectivité Internet posera un grand problème et je pense que la logistique d'afrinic risque même de ne pas maîtriser.
