<div>It's clear that we don't have any another choice than relying on the rpd, thus we have to consider the followings:<br>

<div>1) Mitigating the (sleeper cells) effect, not all subscribers are real participants, hence I recommend to apply a light filter such as minimum of 10 posts before today. (just an example)<br>

<div>2) I would prefer an in-house develop system to perform as follows:<br>

<div> i- Send eligibility email to those who satisfy the conditions in (1), with a link to register for voting,<br>
</div>
<div> ii- then the voting credentials send only to registered fellows,<br>

<div> iii- after the announced voting period the result published with the list of votes,<br>
</div>
<div>I didn't see any harm if the community see that I voted to someone, even in show of hands the session record documents who is voting for who.<br>
