Development Process supports AFRINIC's role at managing the
Internet Number Resources for its service region by enabling the
bottom-up, transparent and open approach to policy development.
The policies that reach consensus and are ratified by the AFRINIC
Board provide the guidelines for the approval of resource

Section 7 of the Consolidated Policy Manual has been
