I absolutely agree with you that there is no need to be bitter with selection procedures for an organization that finds its own way of assessing capable people to their fellowship, after all that would be the only way from their perspective
to be sure that the fellows they invite will contribute immensely to their conferences, it is up to the participants to comply with their rules and regulations or not, i think that even helps the fellows themselves to raise the bar of
their participation in such workshops, i think what they want is participatory and interactive approach in such conferences from the fellows, and i dont think that's asking too much from participants.</div>

If we want to talk about organisations being partial then let us talk about partiality in all its aspects and by including all the parties involved and not focus on one party.<br>
As I have stated severally, there is absolutely nothing wrong with an organization sponsoring specific people they think are the best to represent their interests. This is what fellowships are for in the first place, Look it up.. This is how everything works
in the world, regardless of the field. partiality is an essential part of fellowships, whether it?s direct or indirect.<br>

Now that we cleared that out for probably the hundredth time, let us take the IOF as an example of many. Let me quote from the IOF website : ?IOF organises political activities and actions of multilateral cooperation that benefit French-speaking populations.?
The organization is literally letting you know that they only spend money on a specific small group of people that benefits another small group. We are talking about Africans discriminating Africans, their own people. And this is not yet the funny part because
what?s really laughable is that the IOF is only sponsoring Africans based on a spoken language that is not originally theirs in the first place and discriminates against people of other languages. That is the bigger picture my friends. So let?s be real for
a second and ask ourselves who is really working against the African Community and dividing the unity as seen in recent weeks.<br>

I would really understand if this whole matter started as an innocent question from someone from the community that is trying to have answers to his questions or that simply doesn?t agree with something, but people that started this have obviously personal
interests and motives that do not represent the African community as a whole but rather their own as individuals or groups. And we are sick and tired of us Africans being played like that. Let?s focus on what really matters to the community because there is
definitely a lot we can be productive about and help our dear continent that is suffering.<br>

Now this is the problem this community has been facing and I am happy a lot<br>
of people have pointed out IOF here as well which many have accused of<br>
creating an environment for for discrimination. A group of people have time<br>
and time again failed to see their own shortcomings in this group. Some<br>
group of people talk about the PDP being corrupted but at the same time<br>
this group of people behave in a manner that has shown no positive<br>
movement in the development of a pure process. They have aslo been<br>
allegations of how people were brought under the banner of the IOF to<br>
influence elections in Dakar and a lot of people have pointed it out time<br>
and time again that this movement has also done what LARUS is accused of<br>
for ages.<br>

I have attended a couple of meetings and I have also seen some of the guys<br>
agitating that Larus has done wrong speaking with people during breaks and<br>
influencing their opinions to support their ideas.<br>

I have also noticed how AFRINIC fellows walk up to the mic and also try to<br>
support their so called mentors which are some of the guys making this<br>
agitations. Is that not corruption of the process?<br>
<br>
I have noticed racial discrimination and utterances and someone was told<br>
he doesn't belong to this community probably cos he is not African and did<br>
not support someone else's policy.<br>

Well, my people have an adage which says when you point a finger to someone<br>
the other fingers point back at you.<br>
