Cher Noah, il y a un adage, chez nous qui dit, : " Il n'y a pas de plus<br>
aveugle que celui qui ne veut pas voir" Toutes les explication et toutes<br>
les r?clamations que Owen feraient pour moi sont biais?es, car son jugement<br>
est tout entier biais?, ayant ?t? consultant et peut ?tre est toujours pay?<br>
pour d?fendre les int?r?ts de cette structure. Ne t'attends pas ? ce qu'il<br>
accepte toutes les preuves fournies dont il feint de ne pas comprendre.<br>
Laissons Le Staff d'Afrinic et son Board de prendre en consid?ration nos<br>
inqui?tudes et de faire le n?cessaire pour que les activit?s de notre si<br>
importante institution continentale ne soient captur?es par certaines<br>
structures qui ont d?j? d?montr? leur capacit? ? contr?ler certains<br>
responsables de cette institution. Owen devrait comprendre que tout ce<br>
qu'il dira ne peut ?tre objectif, car "Owen qu'on connaissait avant est<br>

that Owen would make for me are biased, because his judgment is entirely<br>

interests of this structure. Don't expect him to accept all the evidence he<br>
pretends not to understand. Let the Staff of Afrinic and its Board take<br>
into consideration our concerns and do what is necessary so that the<br>
activities of our important continental institution are not captured by<br>
certain structures which have already demonstrated their ability to control<br>
certain officials of this institution. Owen should understand that<br>
everything he says cannot be objective, because "Owen that we knew before<br>

Je n'ai pas l'impression que Kakel parle d'une situation qu'il comprend,<br>
pour preuve sa comparaison d'une institutions international ? une fondation<br>
appartenant ? une soci?t? commerciale priv?e qui a des int?r?ts ? d?fendre<br>
(et qui n'ont rien avoir avec une communaut? quelle qu'elle soit, mais<br>
simplement ? son propre profit), avant de faire certaines affirmations et<br>
comparaisons pri?re d'abord se renseigner au pr?s des a?n?s et des habitu?s<br>
de ces r?unions internationales organis?es par Afrinic. Il y a des faits<br>
ind?niables. Cher Kakel analyse bien fait ton devoir de maison avant de<br>
