Dear Members of the PDWG,<br>
<br>
The CPM requires that the minutes of the policy meeting be published<br>
withing 3 weeks of the completion of the policy meeting. However, on this<br>
occasion we need to seek your indulgence to varry of the process.<br>
The Co- chairs would like to extend the clause in the PDM that require the<br>
publishing of the minutes within three weeks of the meeting: to allow that<br>
we extend the publishing of the minutes for the AFRINIC 31 meeting till the<br>
10th of January 2020.<br>
This is due to the extended holiday periods in December and the unusual<br>
number of policies presented at the AFRINIC 31 meeting in Angola. This is<br>
in addition to some other situations beyond our control while ensuring the<br>
accuracy of the published minutes.<br>
The co- chairs and the relevant AFRINIC staffs are working hard to esure<br>
that the minutes are ready and published within the shortest period.<br>
We thank the community for the usual understanding and wish us all a happy<br>
and prosperous 2020.<br>
