    <p class="MsoNormal">As you may have been aware, I have been
      appointed CEO of AFRINIC Ltd and today November 4th 2019 is my
      first day in office.<br>

    <p class="MsoNormal">I wish to express my sincere appreciation for
      the
      warm and encouraging messages I received from many of you. <br>

    <p class="MsoNormal"> I am committed to serve you with utmost
      dedication and to facilitate a constructive and inclusive
      engagement within the community.</p>
