I believe the point is that newcomers need to arrive at their own views and perspectives by reviewing the proposals and related background docs, rather than been coached to parrot statements in an obvious agenda to swell numbers of supporting voices at meetings. This is evident in the posts to the lists by some who make conflicting statements and sometimes they are just clearly out of sync.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Granted that some of these newcomers may still hold similar conclusions without coaching but my view is that this sort of “education” is gaming the PDP ….wherever it might come from.
