<p class="MsoNormal">I did however say that lobbying – is part and parcel of internet policy anywhere – and I see no problem with that – nor do I believe that this document was as biased as everyone is making out – and I believe the attacks against Lazarus
for producing what I view as a pretty accurate summary of the comments on the lists.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Why is it acceptable for a group of people to show up in Mauritius wearing *<b>t-shirts</b>* that deliberately are designed to graphically lobby for a policy – and hand those out in a lobbying attempt – with pretty provocative and unfounded
statements printed on those shirts – but – its not ok to produce a summary of what *<b>was</b>* said on the lists and publically in a room?<o:p></o:p></p>

Gathering and filtering public debates in the purpose to "guide" newcomers!<br>
Great, but I'm really aware as such "education materials" was <br>
dedicated to "selected" people, under NDA or not, just before another <br>
AfriNIC AGM.<br>
Thanks for the "contributors" for "educating" those receiving grants.<br>
As Andrew says, it's just a "comprehensive" campaign of lobbying. It's <br>
a dangerous step towards the trick to "lout resources" and "help" the <br>
community owner, when issues raise. Same behaviors in mine, oïl sectors!<br>

Inacceptable, if AfriNIC community continues to have faith in its core <br>
mission and objectives, which are not to sell by to share for the <br>
benefits of Internet in Africa.<br>
