I agree that a clearer definition of the procedure is needed. This whole<br>
election shall be transparent and fair - right now I don?t see any<br>
transparency when some candidates claimed that they have been taken off<br>
from the list even they submitted their application on time.<br>

It?s like the committee is taking off people at their wish - what we need<br>
is an open and transparent process instead of a black box.<br>
<br>
This whole thing shows that this problem of NONCOM shall be given more<br>
attention.<br>
