Based in this outcome isn't it proper to define a clear roadmap from the<br>
announcement of positions to publishing of names of candidates. If one<br>
argues that there are already already laid down guidelines then how are<br>
deviations from these guidelines handled. This will boost the confidence of<br>
future volunteers because it is stands I think the candidates trust has<br>
dwindled a little bit on the fairness of the current system. A quick<br>
response from noncom should douse this perception.<br>
