Je pense que c'est une bonne id?e. Je pense que les auteurs qui consentiront ? r?diger un tel document devront se baser sur une terminologie non ?quivoque, non lacunaire et le plus objectif possible.<br>
<br>
Il sied ?galement de savoir que les termes utilis?es dans la tradition juridique anglophone n'ont pas le m?me sens que dans le jargon des pays ? tradition juridique francophone.<br>

Je valide et encourage l'initiative.<br>
