<p>Have read through the document and I believe it makes sense,
generally simplifying text and bringing the distribution of IPv6
numbering resources up to date. My only criticism is that in one
section, the numbering is a bit weird - which may just be a local
editing/display problem...</p>

<p>I believe that with minimal discussion, this update can be pushed
through quite quickly.<br>
