That public comment was on an earlier draft (draft-02). The
current draft (draft-04) contains fewer legal risks to the
organisation, but still contains legal risks. I urge the
authors of the proposal to produce a revised draft that
addresses all the objections, including the legal risks that
were identified.<br>
