Which does not surprise me, given the policy's current form.<br>

Fundamentally, we (including myself, Simon and Noah, as SEACOM
employees enjoying the membership of AFRINIC) feel that there is a
place for resource review. However, how the proposed policy is going
about suggesting its implementation still requires much, much more
work, before we, as SEACOM, feel it can pass a vote by the
membership.<br>
