      This is an important role for RIR, so not surprising it is done
      elsewhere and can be done by AFRINIC with all risks managed and
      mitigated. This is becoming a must when we all seem to agree the
      future of RIR is in “Registry Accuracy”.</p>

                  does NOT have consensus at this time and I urge the

                  the policy has no consensus as is and will need
                  substantial revision. It only confuses the community.<br>
