Tout ce qui touche le paiement n'a absolument pas besoin de notre
policy, et n'en est même pas concerné. Cependant concernant le
retard de paiement je pense que le CEO d4afrinic a été très clair
la-dessus. D'abord lenombre des membres en retard de paiement ne
sont pas nombreux d'après ce qu'il a dit à NAirobi au micro à
l'issue de la présentation de Madvih. De plus il a ajouter qu'il
suffit que le membre avertisse à temps l'équipe, le staff d'AFRINIC
et il verra sa période échéance rallongée au besoin. Je pense que
j'ai été on ne peu plus claire et que vous comprenez à présent le
débat en cours. N'hésitez surtout pas à nous revenir pour de plus
amples informations au besoin. Merci.<br>

suspendre pour un temps raisonnablement long pour laisser le temps

Je ne suis pas pour les mesures punitives irréversibles. Certains
pays (Comme le mien, République du Congo) traversent une crise
assez importantes, ça touche irrémédiablement les sociétés privées
LIR ou End-Users, ce qui peut retarder les règlements.</div>
