The wider skill set one achieves in pursuance of a higher level of education enables potential board members to provide the level guidance our AfriNIC needs. </div><div><br></div><div>I think we are also in agreement that the CEO also has selected the best technical people across our continent to run the organization and does not need technical people on the board trying to get involved in day to day running of the organization.</div><div><br></div><div>Our board needs to focus on oversight and vision helping our organization prepare and be ready for the next years ahead. Then nomcom must be able to evaluate candiate against that critere and decline.
