Just like in any relationship, we only move forward if we respect each other.</div><div><br></div><div>Any policy by an external organization seeking to put a sovereign government on notice is seen as an insult to any sovereign government whatever the intention was.</div><div><br></div><div>Dialogue and respect for governments is the only way that will allow us to engage with them and ensure they understand the impact.
