I've been looking at the existing (currently standing) Soft Landing
Policy. I have thoughts about what could/should be changed - which is
using the reserve space (my Phase 3) and adding a 'No Transfers' to
Phase 2 and Phase 3. These are just thoughts of what I'd like to see in
a revamped Transfer Policy as well as reminding the RPD readership what
the Current Policy looks like. I'm hoping this will help steer this
community into some reasonable work, make people think, and comment
constructively.
Hopefully, it can be the basis of a Soft-landing Policy update - as I
believe that the current policy could do with a minor facelift.

What's wrong with a little enthusiasm?
