<p dir="ltr">Not necessarily.  Considering the level at which the scramble for IPv4 resouces is as at current, AFRINIC will still generate revenue by reallocating whatever has been recovered.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Startups LIR continue to crop across the continent who will need space to be allocated to them need basis.</p>
