In my experience offering service to many new ISP's each month, I'd
say only 5% of them are interested in IPv6, and out of that, only
0.5% actually deploy it.<br>

That said, I don't think they should be trampled over simply because
they are new and/or small. I just think this thread needs to look at
all angles.<br>
