This would allow recovery of any type of resource, where usage is not in compliance with the RSA. Those resources can be reallocated for better usage.</p><div><br></div><div>This proposal is saying that "Afrinic shall conduct regular review of resource utilization held by members"</div><div><br></div><div>Correct me if i am wrong. my understanding from this is that Afrinic staff will be responsible for this. If this is correct, my question will be;</div><div><br></div><div>What method are they going to use in selecting members that will be review at any review period.
