<div class="yiv4806224826MsoNormal" id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464791885837_11393"><span style="color:#5B9BD5;" id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464791885837_11392">Les membres d’AFRINIC au niveau des structures ont deux (02) contacts (tech et admin). Et il se trouve qu’un seul à le droit de vote. Généralement, c’est le contact administratif.</span></div>
<div class="yiv4806224826MsoNormal" id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464791885837_11395"><span style="color:#5B9BD5;" id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1464791885837_11394">La question est que trop souvent le contact administratif est un manager qui n’a pas souvent le temps de suivre les activités au niveau d’AFRINIC. Et il peut disparaître avec
tous ses paramètres de connexion. Et quand il y a lieu de suivre les activités et/ou de voter, le compte du contact tech en général ne peut pas.</span></div>
<div class="yiv4806224826MsoNormal"><span style="color:#5B9BD5;">Alors, je souhaiterais qu’on permette aux deux contacts d’avoir le droit de vote, seulement de mettre quand un aura fini de valider le vote, le système dise au second qu’il
est forclos (ne peux pas) au cas où il souhaiterait voter.</span></div>
