<div>Noah, </div>

</div>
<div>I propose that until someone comes up with a workable and practical alternative that we have to keep doing business, if that means buying in more space which we have to pass the cost of onto the customers, the so be it.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Do I wanna be buying in space? Of course not, that costs money. Do I acknowledge that I may not have a choice? Yes because that's what businesses do, they analyze risk and plan for the if the risk gets realized and make sure that if it does they can keep
operating.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>In business terms, that means a plan has to exist for when we need v4 and cannot get it from our RIR, it does not mean hiding our heads in the sand.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>So again, I ask you, what is the solution when we run out and still need v4 outside of a transfer policy. Instead of shooting holes in the proposed bandaid (which is what a transfer policy is) how about proposing alternative concrete solutions that are
grounded in the reality that we have to keep our customers connected to the net and talking to the net.</div>
