<p dir="ltr">You have a point Dr Paulos, will be good to read from you or any member of the community suggestion on what other 2 octet[1] format can be used. We had considered using a dot instead but we felt that could have some implication incase we start using the identifier in our url in future. We then resolve to adding the "V" and "af"  accordingly as explained by Adam.</p>
