</div>I don't think I see how any of these two are invalided by going with<br>
option A; Infact all i can see is the first paragraph saying either A,<br>
or B is fine, and a conspicuously missing clause to link the pool<br>
activation to the allocation period. </blockquote><div><br></div><div>I think i do, to make it simpler; option A says start allocation now, option B says wait until 'allocation period' pasting the 3 important lines below:<br>

So tell me, if the allocation starts immediately how then does line 2 and 3 feature in the whole distribution?<br>
