+1 something similar to this proposal was presented sometime ago(i think it was at Afrinic 14 in Tanzania). Ofcourse i opposed it then, and even now i strongly oppose! I don't see any economic benefit that will come out of this, i can only relate such an act to indirect colonialism.<br>
