<p>I wonder if during our next meeting the secretariat could make a presentation on how they handle private data now and improvement plans (if any).</p>
<p>Whereas this request is outside the remit of the PDP, I believe the info would allay fears of members and help inform the rest of us. It could also provide an opportunity for us contribute to whatever administrative improvement especially in light of us abandoning the policy option.</p>
