The initial policy draft gets put up on the website but the updates get discussed on the mailing list and there isn't any process for updating the published version.<br><br>I have some difficulty figuring out which "publication" is considered as the official version. Although this proposal provides for proposals to be submitted to the Policy Development Working Group Chair, it can be problematic as we cannot tell who is responsible for text then.
