To the PDWG,

So I am not sure if you have noted that three provisions in the text sit
outside what the consensus was actually about... unless if I am mistaken or
I missed something.....but the move from twelve months to eight, the final
and irreversible wording, and the supremacy clause together with the /12
release-and-refill .... would attract a revision, or fix the problem
statement and settle the scope...No?

What say you folks?
