You’re looking into implementation details, not the policy proposal itself. Otherwise, if we consider that, we will be challenging the complete CPM.

A proposal could have a lot of operational details, but normally this will work against the policy proposal, and the staff and even the board, will tell you that you’re encroaching them. We have clear examples about that.

Also you’re speaking about details related to the quarantine, which has been already described by the staff. This is “today” an operational matter. If you want to fix it in a different way, you need to write a policy proposal for that and be able to generate consensus and convince the staff and the board that you don’t encroach them.

If you compare this with other RIRs, all them take their own operational decisions about this topic, and I don’t think the community should change that unless they do in a broken way, which I don’t think is the case.
